Motivasi Orang Tua Memilih Sekolah Berbasis Islam

چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi intrinsic, ekstrinsik, dan harapan orang tua setelah menyekolahkan anaknya di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Albina Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, ada tiga tahapan reduksi penyajian penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan teori dari Abraham Maslow (Teori Kebutuhan), VROOM Harapan), Achievement Mc Clelland Kebutuhan Berprestasi), Herzberg Dua Faktor), SDIT Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intrinsik pemenuhan rasa aman tua, cinta kasih sayang, agar anak mempunyai keterampilan pengetahuan keagamaan (berprestasi), serta terwujudnya Saleh solehah berakhlak mulia. Motivasi visi, misi, tujuan sekolah, kurikulum sistem pelayanan, sarana prasarana.
